We have both full body and specific dental digital radiography equipment which allows us to use less radiation and get better images of your cat.
VIA Electronic Medical Records

Electronic Records

Veterinary Information Assistant (VIA) is the name of our paperless medical record system. VIA allows us to integrate all of our veterinary medical care including importation of lab records and other documents.
Ultrasound

Ultrasound

Sound waves are the basis of this technology. With ultrasound, we can look at the soft tissue structures within the abdomen and other body parts. We can use echocardiography to evaluate the movement and function of the heart.
In-House Laboratory

Laboratory

We have a comprehensive in-house laboratory and believe that the earlier we detect problems, the quicker we can implement specific treatment. Our in-house lab allows us to get rapid results for emergencies, surgical patients and outpatients, and to monitor hospitalized patients. We send more advanced testing and non-critical tests to our outside reference laboratories and have three daily pickups for samples.

Patient Monitoring

We use several different types of monitoring devices during surgical and anesthetic procedures. Parameters that are monitored can include blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, cardiac electrical activity (ECG), oxygenation of blood (pulse oximetry), and carbon dioxide levels in the respiratory gases (capnography).
Laser Therapy

Laser Therapy

We have a class IV therapeutic laser. Laser therapy gives us additional options for treating inflammatory conditions and providing pain relief. Our laser promotes wound healing and tissue repair, kills infectious organisms, and improves circulation. There are numerous applications for laser therapy including treating arthritis, nerve pain, stomatitis, sinusitis, cystitis, and fractures.
