It is helpful and efficient if we can review your cat’s previous history, any pertinent laboratory results, and previous x-rays before your scheduled appointment. These documents can be dropped off ahead of time, emailed, or faxed to us.
On the rare occasion we are unable to help your pet at our clinic, we are more than willing to refer you to another appropriate specialist. Your cat’s well-being is always our primary concern. Our ego is best served by providing the best recommendations possible. We will always provide you with a copy of our medical records when requested.
