How Does This Work?
If you cat is ill or needs medical attention, please call us to schedule an appointment at (714) 282-2287.
Upon arrival at the hospital, you may remain in your vehicle or outside the hospital and call us. A clinic team member will go out to assist your cat into the clinic. Your cat must be in a carrier in order for us to provide any services.
Please call ahead to order any food or medication. At pick up, you may remain in your car or outside the hospital and call us. We will deliver your order to your car as quickly as possible.
If you are not feeling well or may be at risk of exposure to the coronavirus, please ask a healthy friend or family member to transport your pet to the hospital on your behalf.
A doctor will call you to discuss your kitty’s condition then a clinic team member will review the treatment plan with you by phone. We will treat your kitty and call with discharge notes. We can email you any information you may need. We will collect payment over the phone or take payments from your vehicle.
All payment transactions will need to be completed with a credit card or check. We will not be handling cash at this time.
Certain conditions/rechecks may be candidates for paid phone consultations. Ask us if this is an option for your kitty.
Our forms are available online. Filling them out and bringing them or emailing them will help a lot: https://catcare.com/resources/forms/
While these measures may increase the time it takes us to serve you, these changes are to help protect you, your cats, our team, and the greater community. We anticipate that our phone lines will be busier than usual, so we ask for your cooperation and patience.
